management of EPC Africa Group through its construction subsidiary Century
Engineering Contractors (CEC) handed over an overhauled G+2 facility of Trinity
International Academy to the owners after extensive three months of construction
and renovation works.
EPC Africa undertook the pre-financing scheme by injecting the required funds to
cater for design and construction works of the entire facility plus renovation
of existing structures. The handover ceremony was preceded by inspection by both
the Owner and contractor to assess the livability of the school ahead of the
upcoming academic year.
Speaking at the occasion, project lead on the side of Century Engineering
Contractors Mr. Raymond Bizwinayo thanked the client for being cooperative and
meeting his obligations during the entire construction process.
“The very first day we met with the school owners team led by Pastor Joel
Sengoga, I realized that working together was the only option since we share the
same values of serving God in our area of influence through our daily duties,
this made me not hesitate for a minute on whether our company was going to work
with you or not. It was somehow straight-forward” Ferdy Narrated
Pastor Joel Sengoga, Chairman of Board of Directors of Trinity International
Academy School commended the management of EPC Africa through CEC for living to
the expectation of school management by delivering the project not only in
timely manner but also with efficiency and effectiveness.
“I really want to express my gratitude to the CEC management especially the
project manager, site engineers and the entire CEC team for putting together
this amazing facility that our kids and their teachers will soon start to enjoy.
This would not have been possible off course if it was not for the grace of our
Lord that we are now able to commission this beautiful school.
The newly commissioned TIA campus is made of Classrooms, Practical Science
Laboratory, multipurpose halls and sports facilities will accommodate
pre-nursery, primary students and High School according to the owner’s
statement.
